Symptoms

Users are prompted with the error message "Sorry, incorrect SSO logon. Please try again." after authenticating with Windows v1 Logon during the First Time Use wizard. Users should not expect to see the error message during FTU because the encryption key pair used to encrypt/decrypt the credentials in the repository are not created. The issue is preventing the users from completing the First Time Use wizard and enrolling in Logon Manager.
