System Properties Get Lost In The Enumeration When a Property Is Updated/Added In Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2 Using The Admin Console (Doc ID 1512735.1)

Symptoms

Version = Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2.2 (build 5)
Java Runtime Environment version: 1.7.0_07

The system properties added to the GF server instance is getting lost when a system property is updated/added using the Admin Console.
The problem is seen when enumerating the system properties in an application.
