Can an asset event listener detect changes in SitePlanTree for a Page? (Doc ID 1512891.1)

Goal

When moving a Page in the SitePlan, a custom asset event listener is called for the old parent, the new parent and the Page asset itself. When examining the nodepath of the Page using ics.RunTag to call SITEPLAN.NODEPATH xml tag, the result is still the old value of the nodepath, not the new value. How can we obtain the new value from within an asset event listener?
