Space Chars Insertion Problem When Converting Justified Text In Dox To PDF On IBR (Doc ID 1513357.1)

Symptoms

When converting a document that contains one ore more justified paragraphs with non ASCII characters (for example Portuguese characters like (ã, ç , é, í, õ, etc [ISO 8859-1]) the converted PDF appears with extra spaces before the ISO-88591 non ASCII characters.

For example:
  Um coração de ouro ...
In the converted PDF appears:
  Um cora ção de ouro ....
