Have regenerated the default-keystore.jks following the steps descrided in the document below : How to regenerate the keystore in OIM 11g? (Document 1365082.1)

The total process completed successfully and both OIM and SOA server started without exceptions.
Then created a request in OIM server. This request is assigned to an approver and its status in OIM is "Obtaining Operation Approval". The approver approves the request but the request is stuck at the status "Obtaining Operation Approval".

The problem is that in SOA server has the following exception:
