Emails are Intermittently Deleted Before they are Processed by the WebCenter Capture Import Server in Gmail Account (Doc ID 1513885.1)

Symptoms

The following behaviour was observed intermittently while processing emails with Import Server.

Import server is configured to 'Delete Message' in 'Post-Processing' tab.

This behaviour is observed intermittently. No errors are logged to the Import Server log.  The email account being monitored had recently switched from an internally hosted mail server to a server hosted externally by Google.
