Emails are Intermittently Deleted Before they are Processed by the WebCenter Capture Import Server in Gmail Account

Symptoms
The following behaviour was observed intermittently while processing emails with Import Server.
- Some of emails are deleted from inbox before they are processed.
- Some of emails are not deleted even after they are processed. These emails are reprocessed again during the next schedule of email import batch run and are creating duplicate records in the Imaging system.
Import server is configured to 'Delete Message' in 'Post-Processing' tab.
This behaviour is observed intermittently. No errors are logged to the Import Server log. The email account being monitored had recently switched from an internally hosted mail server to a server hosted externally by Google.
