1- Trying to install Weblogic as a service for managed server with jps-config.xml file from following location

MW_HOME\user_projects\domains\<DOMAIN_NAME>\.\config\

instead of

MW_HOME\user_projects\domains\<DOMAIN_NAME>\config\fmwconfig\
