Desktop Integration Suite Does Not Display Metadata For Framework Folders (Doc ID 1514404.1)

Symptoms

When accessing WebCenter Content Framework Folders using the Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) you find that metadata information is not displayed.

OR

Directory contents are no longer displayed when adding a custom metadata field to the columns displayed in the Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) and the Content Server logs display the following errormessage:

!csUnableToExecMethod,webdavPropfind!syNullPointerException
intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToExecMethod,webdavPropfind
*ScriptStack WEBDAV_PROPFIND
3:webdavPropfind,**no captured values**
at intradoc.server.ServiceRequestImplementor.buildServiceException(ServiceRequestImplementor.java:2115)
at intradoc.server.Service.buildServiceException(Service.java:2326)
