Purpose
Policy Store can be managed using either Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware Control, wlst scripts or Oracle Entitlements Server (OES).
When an issue is encountered in GUI tools such as Fusion Middleware Control, testing with wlst "OPSS scripts" may help to isolate the issue down to its simplest form.
