Symptoms
After populating a cache with 130K entries, we tried a ContinuousQueryCache with the AlwaysFilter and we got only 120K rows. We checked cache contents and all 130k entries were inserted. It seems that some Insert events were lost.
This issue was intermittent and not reproduceable at will.
