OAM 11g : Why Pre-built Report User Account Locked Out in BI Publisher Shows No Record ?

With the architecture /configuration in place:
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 188.8.131.52.0 with Audit configured
- Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE) configured as User Data Store
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Publisher (OBIEE) 184.108.40.206.0 installed
Why the pre-built Report : Customer Account Locked (Oracle_Fusion_Middleware_Audit> Common_Reports> Account Management> Accounts Locked Out) does not display a line even if there are known account locked out events ?
