Prevent Session Timeout for Public Users on Public Pages

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When viewing Public Pages in WebCenter Portal Spaces 184.108.40.206 a public user receives a Session Timeout warning and is directed to the Authentication Page.
As the user is a public user viewing public pages it should not be required to authenticate while browsing public spaces.
