Prevent Session Timeout for Public Users on Public Pages (Doc ID 1517122.1)

Symptoms

When viewing Public Pages in WebCenter Portal Spaces 11.1.1.6 a public user receives a Session Timeout warning and is directed to the Authentication Page.
As the user is a public user viewing public pages it should not be required to authenticate while browsing public spaces.
