Symptoms

On 11g version, OID LDAP Server
Repository RDBMS Version 11gR2 (11.2.0.X)

After upgrading the database used for OID to version 11.2.0.X
Some LDAP searches, particularly using leading wildcards in the search filter, take a very long time to return a result (eg. up to 10 minutes).
