Symptoms

On B2B 11.1.1.6.0 version
Incoming transactions to B2B server behave differently between versions 11.1.1.4 and 11.1.1.6
Payload with encoding issue shows wire message as PROCESSING in 11.1.1.6 when it should have gone to ERROR as it does in 11.1.1.4.
