Symptoms

The "opatch lsinventory" command returns the following error:

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -detail
/<ORACLE_HOME>/wc/jdk/bin/java: error while loading shared libraries: libjli.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

OPatch failed with error code 127
