OAM 11gR2 Integration With OIM, User Can Not Redirected To The First Login Page To Force Change Password (Doc ID 1517880.1)

Symptoms

Environment:

  OIM - OAM integration in 11gR2 (11.1.2.0.0)

  JDK:jrockit-jdk1.6.0_24-R28.1.3-4.0.1
  wls:wls10.3.6
  LDAP:OID
  OHS:11.1.1.6.0  Webgate is 11.1.1.5.0.
  
Issue:
---------
  The first login user can not be redirected to Oracle Identity Manager Change Password URL.
  
  Following the below URL to integrate OAM and OIM 11gR2. The integration looks like working well, and the OIM console was prodected by the OAM,

  According to the below URL:
  http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e15740/idmint.htm#CACEAAIC
  
  the user should get authenticated, and then OAM determines the first login flag, then user is redirect to OIM (step 4), BUT the sso login page is not redirected to the OIM Change Password URL.
