Specific Forms Recognition Verifier Machines Are Not Displaying Vendor Data In The "Vendor Search" Screen (Doc ID 1518388.1)

Symptoms

The "Vendor Search" screen in Verifier is displaying percentage confidence for vendors, but dashes for all of the vendor information instead of the vendor name, address, ...etc. This problem only occurs for specific Verifer workstations. Other Verifier workstations can open the same batch and view all data for these vendors.
