Symptoms
An encoding problem was reported in saving Hebrew text using the contribution mode of site studio and the text was saved as gibberish.
Following configuration:
Site Studio 11.0.0.606 which is the original (unpatched) version of 11.1.1.3.0 from MAY 03 2010 for the 11.1.1.3.0 production server - working server.
Site Studio 11.0.0.648 which is the original (unpatched) version of 11.1.1.4.0 from NOV 23 2010 for the 11.1.1.3.0 development server - problem server.
