BAM 11g: Unable to Login, Redirect back to Login Page

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version,

In a brand new installation, after providing valid credentials, you are unable to login into BAM.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

You are getting redirected to the Login page

 

In access.log, 301 and 302 redirect messages are generated:
