Unable To Create VServer With EoIB or IPoIB Network due to 'failed to build Task Parameters' error (Doc ID 1519473.1)

You have an Exalogic system where you are running Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) version in a virtual configuration running version of the Exalogic Virtual Control Stack. You have defined one or more EoIB or IPoIB networks and previously may have successfully created new vServers attached to these networks. However, at some point future you are subsequently unable to create a new vServer attached to one of the EoIB or IPoIB network previously created, as you encounter an error similar to the following from the Enterprise Manager OpsCenter Control (EMOC) web interface that prevents a new "Create vServer" job from being created:



For the affected network, you may have recently navigated under the EMOC interface to the networks "Network Services" tab and modified one of the attributes (e.g. DNS/NIS server) that can be configured via that screen.
