Symptoms

When using a JDBC Persistence store (TLOG DataSource), when gracefully shutting down a managed server with applications deployed, the TLOG DataSource is stopped first, causing errors to be thrown and causing the managed server to go into FAILED state. Nodemanager then tries to restart the managed server.

An error like the following appears in the log file:
