With MapViewer (patch #14292874) with JavaScript API version  "Ver11.1.1.7_B120706" (oraclemaps.js: MVMapView.version="Ver11.1.1.7_B120706"), MVMapView.setMouseCursorStyle is not working as expected.  Specifically, the change does not become effective immediately.

For instance, if changing the mouse cursor style from hand cursor to crosshair cursor, and the cursor is dragged back into the map, you will still see the previous mouse cursor (hand Cursor).   But if you leave the map view with the mouse, i.e. move the mouse away or outside the map, then "re-enter" it afterwards, the correct mouse cursor is used/shown, i.e. now it shows the crosshair Cursor.

1. Move mouse cursor over map view -> Should see the a hand/pointer cursor
2. Press Link "Crosshair Cursor"
3. Now move mouse cursor over map view -> Still the pointer cursor is being used
4. Move mouse cursor out of map view, then move it back over map view -> Now we can see the crosshair cursor
