Symptoms
When "system-jazn-data.xml" file grows too large, it is observed that privileges of users accessing WebCenter Spaces are inconsistent with the Role(s) assigned in WebCenter Spaces.
Example scenarios:
- User assigned Administrator Role does not have Administrator Access.
- User assigned Administrator Role (Spaces Admin Security) may not be visible in Enterprise Manager Role Manager Tool. And vice-versa.
- User assigned Moderator Role on a Group Space does not have all the functionality to moderate.
- Many more problems as these are seen. In short, if the behavior is unexpected then you are most likely running into this issue.
