Unable to Retrieve User Preferred Language Value in Expression Bulider (Doc ID 1520411.1)

Symptoms

The expression "#{webCenterProfile[securityContext.userName].preferredLanguage}" does not evaluate as expected, the value returned is NULL.

The issue can be reproduced at will as follows:
Login WebCenter Spaces
-> Administration (link at top right)
-> Resource (tab)
-> Navigations (link, left pane)
-> Edit a Navigation Item (copy a seeded item if you are unable to edit)
-> Add Link
-> Target (tab)
-> Name (attribute) -> Expression Builder -> choose "User Info" , Preferred Language Code -> Click "Test"
