Symptoms
OAM SSO Integration is not working on Delivery mode environment. Login user is entered in SSO Login page and error follows after login attempt with valid user:
"Content Server could not process the request."
Messages in sites.log:
"Failed to map remote user fwadmin to CS credentials." and "pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/Util/SetTimeZoneInSession".
