Mobility Server not loading using Internet Explorer (Doc ID 1520766.1)

Symptoms

Mobility Server is not working in Internet Explorer, is not able to load the Mobility tab from WEM. It shows WEM navigation bar and a blank screen.
In FireFox and Chrome is working fine, and there are no differences in term of proxy/vpn , etc...
The host name selected for the Mobility Server URL contains an underscore.

No cookies are set when calling the UI.
There are no errors in the logs nor in the IE browser.
