Extra Blank Spaces on New Checkin Screen When Hiding Fields in UCM 10G Using IE Browser (Doc ID 1520810.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Content Server

There are Extra blank spaces on New Checkin screen when hiding fields in UCM 10g rules when using IE7 and IE8 browser. When using FireFox the New Checkin
screen does not have these extra blank lines.  It seems that for each metadata field hidden there is an extra blank space where the metadata field position would be. The extra blank space is quite
small for each hidden metadata field so that about 50 hidden fields equates to about 3 extra blank lines on the New Check In form screen.
