Not Able To View 11G Webgate Agent in OAM Console After Upgraded to OAM 11.1.1.5.0 from OAM 11.1.1.3.0 (Doc ID 1521185.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 11.1.1.3.0, the migrated 11g Webgate agents cannot be reviewed in OAM Console. Following pop-up error message  is populated:

ADFC-10001: cannot instantiate class
'oracle.oam.partner.oampartner.managedbeans.update.OAMAgent11gUpdate'

ADF_FACES-600097:For more information, please see the Server's error log for an entry
beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #40

 AdminServer diagnostic log show following exception:
