Unable to start the Intelligent Queue Administrator (IQ Administrator). The following errors are displayed:

Popup Content:
Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid ::Form_Load module

Popup Name: Intelligent Queue Administrator
Popup Content:
Failed to load control 'OnlineQueueViewer' from QueueViewer.ocx.
Your version of QueueViewer.ocx may be outdated. Make sure
you are using the version of the control that was provided with
your application.
