In this case the following versions are being used:
SRE 5.0.5 U2 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.
Internet Explorer9 Version 9.0.8112.16421
Unable to start the Intelligent Queue Administrator (IQ Administrator). The following errors are displayed:
Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid ::Form_Load module
Popup Name: Intelligent Queue Administrator
Failed to load control 'OnlineQueueViewer' from QueueViewer.ocx.
Your version of QueueViewer.ocx may be outdated. Make sure
you are using the version of the control that was provided with
