Symptoms

When running Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11.1.1.6.0 tool called ODIReadmail to retrieve email messages from a Microsoft Exchange server set up with user acounts implemented on an Active Directory LDAP directory with both POP3 and IMAP protocols, the operation fails with following message :
