Collection order is altered after using out-of-the-box Human Task saving functionality

As an simple example (just to describe the issue), suppose that in Human task data control,
inside Payload element, there is a employees list.

In the ADF project, there is a page (jspx) that lets users add employees in a table (ui table not db table).
Also suppose that I insert employee1, employee2 and employee3; in that order. So in the screen, in the table
I will see the following rows:

But if I use the out of the box saving functionality (i.e.  clicking in the Actions button (upper right corner)
and then clicking Save from the contextual menu), then the rows in the table appears in a different order:
