Node Manager Fails with JSSE SSL Configured at the Admin Server

Symptoms
Managed Servers can not be started using Node Manager after configuring the Admin Server to use JSSE.
When doing so, Node Manager throws the following error:
<WARNING> <Uncaught exception in server handler javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: [Security:090476]Invalid/unknown SSL header was received from peer <hostname.DomainName> - aa.bb.cc.dd during SSL handshake.>
