Unable To Edit Some WebCenter Wiki Documents Because The Edit Button Disappears (Doc ID 1523056.1)

Symptoms

Some WebCenter wiki documents cannot be edited because the edit button disappears.  A different wiki document in the same folder can be edited because the button exists.
