Managed Attachments with EBS: iExpenses Forms Shows Error After Adding Attachments and Closing Managed Attachments Popup Window

An error occurs after attaching documents to an Expense Report in EBS. The iExpenses OAF forms OIEMAINPAGE and ConfirmationPg may experience this issue.
Expense report page:
Expense report submitted page (confirmation page):
The Managed Attachments button can be added to both of these pages, and the button works with attachments being successfully added. However, once the Managed Attachments popup windows is closed (after attaching a document), then clicking any other button on either of these pages causes the following error on the EBS Expsense Report page.
"Error: The selected action is not available because you have performed an activity on this expense report that is final. You can use the browser navigation buttons to move between the Internet Expenses pages only when you want to review data you have previously entered."
