Save Default Report Settings not Possible for Interactive Report (Doc ID 1523197.1)

Symptoms

When running an Interactive Report it is not possible to save 'Default Report Settings':

1. Run an Interactive Report.
2. Click Actions > Save Report.
3. Even when logged in as Developer, Save Default Report Settings is not available.
    Save Default Report Settings should be available for Developers.
