at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:247)
Could not find the main class: weblogic.Server.  Program will exit.
Exception in thread "main" <Jan 29, 2013 8:40:55 AM> <FINEST> <NodeManager> <Waiting for the process to die: 3212>
<Jan 29, 2013 8:40:55 AM> <INFO> <NodeManager> <Server failed during startup so will not be restarted>
<Jan 29, 2013 8:40:55 AM> <FINEST> <NodeManager> <runMonitor returned, setting finished=true and notifying waiters>

We need to understand that Weblogic.jar is missing from classpath in such case we see Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.Server.
