File Still Appearing In Folder File Search When Removed Using Delete Revision (Doc ID 1524194.1)

Symptoms

A file in a Folder that was deleted does not appear in any search, browse, or view except for the Folder File Search.  This only occurs when the file is deleted through the Content Information screen using Delete Revision button.  When searching for files in the Folder the deleted content item appears but when you click on the content item the following error is given.
