AD Groups Being Removed While Running The FVC Utility (Doc ID 1524422.1)

Symptoms

OIM 11.1.1.5.0 BP2
WLS 10.3.5
AD Connector 11.1.1.5.0

Problem Summary:
The groups which are natively added in AD are getting removed while running the FVC utility. Entitlements are also getting removed from the user so user not able to login to the various boxes.

To Reproduce:
1. OIM Provisions user to AD and adds group 1,2.
2. AD Admin manually adds these three groups on AD target system directly:
     Active Directory1~CN=g1P.aInternetAccessStandard,CN=Users,DC=OIM,DC=Test,DC=com
     Active Directory1~CN=dMps,CN=Users,DC=OIM,DC=Test,DC=com
     Active Directory1~CN=g.Juniper.NC.PROD,CN=Users,DC=OIM,DC=Test,DC=com
3. Run FVC utility on OIM.
4. Now the user account contains only groups 1,2. Groups added in step 2 are no longer there on AD side
