Symptoms
The Jumpstart Kit jar file installer application does not get automatically launched, when double-clicking the jar file in Windows.
When double-clicking the jar file installer, the file is opened by another program that does not launch the installer application.
e.g. the jar file in unzipped, or the cmd prompt opens up, etc.
