Without Warning, Unable To Log On To OIM Console With Any User (Doc ID 1524783.1)

Symptoms

After restart of WLS, OAM, SOA and OIM servers, users can no longer log on to OIM console
Integrated OAM/OIM instance with OID LDAP using OVD server

None of the user IDs including xelsysadm are working when trying to log On to OIM console.

Tried changing the password in OID via ODSM that didn't fix the problem.

While I can use the same user ids to Log on to other admin consoles such as OAM admin console and ODSM etc..,

Verified that OIM Schema Owner Password was "not" expired

Error found in OIM log:

When bogus user used, it return additional error:
