Administrator can access Sites-Desktop plugin but other users cannot

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Sites-Desktop is not available for non-administrator users in Windows.
When the administrator launches Microsoft Word, they can see the Sites-Desktop plugin in Word.
When another user launches Microsoft Word, the Sites-Desktop plugin is not displayed and does not seem to be installed for this user.
