When you apply
-Dweblogic.jdbc.remoteEnabled=false, it will block remote JDBC access. However, each remote JDBC access will consume a connection and does not release it back to connection pool immediately. Until it reaches the maximum capacity for the connection pool, it will throw an exception or wait for the Inactive Connection Timeout to release the connection back to the connection pool. The application will not function when the connection pool reaches its limit.
