Stale Cache Entry Exists In Satellite Cache But Missing From ContentServer Cache (Doc ID 1526109.1)

Symptoms

A Satellite cached page is not automatically flushed and updated after editing and saving an asset which is a compositional dependency on the page.  This happens intermittently only when the Content Server cached version of the page is missing from Content Server cache.
