Login Into Spaces as Admin User Fails With Error "An unexpected error occurred in the Activity Stream sub-system" (Doc ID 1526244.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to log in as the Webcenter administrative user ("weblogic" by default) into the WebCenter Spaces application fails with the following error:

"An unexpected error occurred in the Activity Stream sub-system"

Steps To Reproduce:

1.  Login to WebCenter Spaces as user <WEBCENTER ADMIN USER>.
2.  Create a page.
3.  Add the Activity Stream Quick View taskflow to the page.
4.  Import the Space.
5.  Then, navigate back to Activity Stream Quick View.
6.  Instead of the activities, the following error is seen:
    "WCS#2012.06.08.03.58.32 : An unexpected error occurred in the Activity Stream sub-system."

Changes

This problem started to occur after importing a space and its subspace from another environment.
