Configure Web Tier 11g Failed In AIX 5.3 (Doc ID 1526338.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.2.0 version, Oracle Process Manager

After installing Web Tier (11.1.1.2 / 11.1.1.5 /11.1.1.6) in AIX 5.3, the configuration steps failed. Only "Oracle HTTP Server" is selected to be configured, the process is failed at the state "Create and Start AS Instance (instance1)".

Startup opmn from command line using "opmnctl startall" fails with the same error
