Symptoms
The mod_wl_ohs (the Weblogic plugin shipped with Oracle HTTP Server) is configured to talk to backend Weblogic server via SSL.
Note that the "Debug" parameter is deprecated in 12c. In 12c the WebLogic Server plug-in logs are now part of the web server error log and their verbosity is controlled by the web server log level setting. The below example is for 11g only but its concept applies to 12c plug-in as well.
