A: Create CSR Case Action Is Not Working (Doc ID 1526473.1)

Symptoms

When the action group containing "create CSR case" is triggered, OAAM is not creating the CSR case. Instead, the create Agent case trigger action has the wrong name and description after its added to an action group. It says "Add to IP Watch list" for both name and description, which is wrong.
