You have an installation of Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) version 188.8.131.52.0 that you are running in a virtual configuration on version 184.108.40.206.0 of the Exalogic Control Stack (also known as Gemini Patchset#1).
Though the system has been running well for some time you have recently started to experience very slow performance from the Enterprise Manager Ops Center (EMOC) web user interface and may have also noticed that jobs initialed through the browser interface (BUI) also take significantly longer to complete than they did before.
The performance issue was observed e.g. vServer creation jobs which previously finished in a couple of minutes now take ~2hours to complete, even though they ultimately complete successfully.
