JBO-29114 When Trying to Create a Receivables Activity

The following error is displayed when creating a receivables activity:
JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception.
ADF_FACES-60101 server exception during PPR #12
The ReceivablesServer_1-diagnostic.log shows the following error:

oracle.jbo.JboException: MOAC Priv Name cannot be null; Initialize MOAC
Steps to reproduce:
- Open URL:
- Search for "Manage Receivables Activities" task under "All Tasks" section and open the task page.
- Click on "Create" button on "Manage Receivables Activities" page.
- Try to select "Vision Operations" BU using search and select method in "Create Receivables Activity" page.
- The error is displayed after clicking on "Search" button in "Search and Select: BU" popup.
