Log Rotation for OHS in an OMS 11.1.0.1 Grid Control Causes Excessive rotatelogs.exe Processes

Symptoms
After enabling the log rotation, on Windows, for the log ohs1 in 11g Grid Control as per the <Note 1271676.1> for version 11.1.1.2 of OHS (associated with 10.3.2 weblogic domain in his 11g Grid environment) an excessive number of rotatelogs.exe processes are seen building up rapidly in Windows Task Manager.
This problem is fixed in Fusion Middelware 11.1.1.3, but Grid Control 11g terminates on the 11.1.1.2 of OHS as used in OMS.
